We have just broken ground on our latest development project, and Avenue B is back on the extremely popular East Side! Our project at 1612 Willow Street will be the first of a kind for us in several ways: 1) it is a ground-up new build project, and 2) it is a townhouse project. Interested in a few details? EXTERIOR: Here’s a quick sneak peek of the exterior of our “Modern Victorian Farmhouse” project. White board and batten siding, lots of windows, 1st floor covered porches, 2nd floor balconies with downtown views, and large yards with a detached garage off the alley highlight the property.
The property is one of the best blocks along Willow Street and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants like Bufalina and DRINK, downtown Austin, Lady Bird Lake and Trail, and Fiesta Gardens.
